Step 1:
Download, Install and Run OLM to PST Converter.
- Click on the "Open" button from Menu to browse OLM file(s).
Click on the "Next" button.
Step 2:
Check the preview of the OLM file with header details.
- Click on mail to check its preview.
- The sign indicates email attachment.
You can check all Messages with complete header's details and attachments.
Step 3:
Click on "Export" button from Menu and enter "Destination Path".
Select PST as Export Option.
Export Options:
- PST: Export to Outlook PST.
- EML: Export to Windows Live Message.
- EMLX: Export to MAC EMLX Message.
- MSG: Export to Outlook Message.
- HTML: Export Message to HTML.
- MBOX: Export to MBOX Format.
- VCF: Export Contacts to vCard.
- ICS: Export Calendar to ICS.
- PDF: Export Message to PDF.
- NSF: Export to Lotus Notes.
- TGZ: Export to Zimbra.
Step 4:
Split Option (Optional)
To split resultant PST file, click checkbox labeled Split PST and enter required file size.
Step 5:
Message Filtering (Optional)
To export OLM items between a specific date, click checkbox labeled "Message Filtering" and select required date range.
Step 6:
Click on the "Convert Now" button to start OLM to PST conversion process.
When the process is finished, click on "Ok" button.
Step 7:
Import OLM to Gmail Account
Click on the "Gmail" button from Menu and enter Credentials.
- Gmail Email Address:
- Password:
Click on the "Connect to Server" button.
Message Filtering (Optional):
To filter messages between a specific date, click checkbox labeled "Message Filtering" and enter required date range.
Click on the "Start Processing" button to import OLM to Gmail Account.
Step 8:
Import OLM to Office 365 Account
Click on "Office 365" button from Menu.
Enter Office 365 credentials:
- User Name / Email ID:
- Password:
Click on the "Export Now" button to import OLM file to Office 365 account.
Step 9:
Import OLM to Exchange Server
Click on "Office 365" button from Menu and select Exchange Server option.
Enter Exchange Server details:
- Domain Name / IP:
- Exchange Version
- User Name / Email ID:
- Password:
Click on the "Export Now" button to import OLM file to Exchange Server account.
